Please leave a message. You’ll see an option to send an email to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Who are the TACA Mentor parents? What are their qualifications to help me?
They are experienced parents of children with autism. However, they are not professionals who are qualified to give medical, legal or tax advice. They are sharing their experience as a parent. Please see our disclaimer.

Technically the chat module will open and you can ask a question but you won’t be able to see the operator’s response so please don’t use your cell phone for LiveChat.

What time/days is Live Chat available?

Every time I come to this page, but the image always says, “Currently Offline.” How does this work?
If the image continually shows the “Currently Offline” image, please try reloading the page or simply clicking on the image to see if a TACA Parent is available. You may also want to try clearing your browser’s cache.

I don’t want to chat on the computer because my child has an urgent problem. How can I talk to a real person?
